To empower Zen customers to purchase used vehicles - MehtaTech was tasked with updating the existing Sitecore platform to deliver even richer functionality. This involved the following:

• Reuse and update component logic to work seamlessly for new and used vehicle content

• Integrate with vehicle leasing systems (BLS) to query vehicle data

• Refine the order journey to present relevant vehicle data

• Integrate new data sets with CRM (Dynamics 365), Ordering and Underwriting systems using a suite of micro services

• Update digital document generation services to ensure correct contract information is presented

• Update internal administration systems to incorporate used vehicle data.
